Ubers are still very limited in this area and should not we relied on. - Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information for all cars coming to the home. You will be asked to acknowledge all our house rules and there is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed. - Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID. -We do not accommodate prom parties. The main guests must be 25 or older to rent the home per community rules. - The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months and thunderstorms in the summer months. It is not uncommon to lose electricity. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. You may purchase it through Airbnb or after you book with us in your Guest Portal.
