We will not be able to confirm this any sooner. We do our absolute best to accommodate when possible as it is solely based on our current availability and the cleaning schedule. It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm. Parking, Security & Safety 🅿️ ✔️Parking for up to 9 cars 🚗. ✔️Exterior security cameras which record video and voice (perimeter only). Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a couple locked owner's closets. We will be available via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions leading up to and during your trip. Rideshare apps such as Uber are still very limited in the area. Our home is handicap accessible and elderly-friendly with an elevator from the driveway to the first floor. Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. There is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed. Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a selfie photo. Basement stove is not currently functional, however the living room fireplace is in good working order 🔥
