It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm. Rideshare apps such as Uber are still very limited in the area. Our home is handicap accessible and elderly-friendly with an elevator from the driveway to the first floor. Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a short rental agreement upon booking our home which will ask to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information. There is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed. Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a selfie photo.
