We are extremely close to O’Neill Park, Whiting Ranch and Borrego Canyon exceptional hiking and Mountain biking trails. Guests have access to every square inch of the property from the lush gardens, the manicured lawns, the enormous second story deck with beautiful views, the entire home inside and out. We have Tom and his family on one side and Troy and his family on the other side of our property. You will need a car to get around, Irvine spectrum mall is about eight minutes away, Laguna Beach is 15 minutes away, Newport Beach is 25 minutes away you can get to the ocean in 20 minutes you can get to the mountains and O’Neal Ranch in 8 minutes, we are in an ideal location to explore all of Orange County and Los Angeles! We provide a turn-key experience for our guests so that all you ever need to buy is just the food you will eat. We provide all guests a double sized container of my favorite coffee- Trader Joe’s organic fair trade medium roast wake up blend. Coffee cream and bottled water, toilet paper enough for your stay, paper towels the same, spices oils and a full pantry all available for your use. We will have ample laundry detergent dishwashing detergent dishwashing soap, and New full-sized shampoos, conditioners, lotion, soap, and body wash for each bathroom.
